Hi! I’m Ollie and I’ve been working in the fitness industry since August 2021, I myself have been training for over 6 years, primarily focusing on getting as strong as I can and to be a better version of myself.

You can catch me at Buildabody either running some group sessions or Personal Training. My favourite class to run would have to be a METCON, the mix of Resistance training and conditioning are a recipe for a good class, I myself try to bring as much energy as I can to every time.

Things I enjoy doing are reading my kindle, lifting weights and having a conversation with everyone in class.

My goal as a trainer is to make you feel comfortable and confident whilst inside the gym, to keep you accountable and to push you towards being better than when you started.
