Having to balance exercise, nutrition and life in general gets harder as we age - what you do now counts, both immediately and for your future.

My name is Haley and I have been working in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years. I have a Diploma in Exercise Science, which gives you a good base understanding of nutrition and exercise but nothing makes up for experience with people who have achieved their results.

Every individual shares a different goal, has various reasons and will always have their own specific journey to reach their goal. There are so many avenues of quick bullshit ideas that we are flooded with everyday on social media! Nothing comes without consistency, hardwork and commitment - there isnt a magic formula, just repeat good habits and start to enjoy how your mind and body changes through good nutrition and consistent exercise. I have the pleasure of working out of BuildaBody which fosters inclusiveness and a family atmosphere which is part of our Transform8 group programme.
