Hi Im Grace Tammile i am a coach at Buildabody Upper Hutt, my passion is helping people become the best version of themselves through overall health consistency. I've been in the fitness industry since 2019. I got into it because I had always wanted to be in a position where i can help people. I joined a gym for the first time in 2017, hating the way i looked and felt. I was able to concur all that and decided to take the plunge into PT so I could give people the help that I know is able to make their life better.

My main focuses are; working in the mobility space with people who have dealt with injuries and general mobility problems. I'm very passionate about movement not just for now but for better quality of life long term. Quality Nutrition is also part of what I focus on, not trying to completely change a diet but making small tweaks for your body and mind to be functioning optimally. Having had my own eating problems.
