Hi im Tyrone, My story began in the industry with my own personal struggles of seeing my grandparents go through chemotherapy and seeing how quickly they degraded from being inactive,which lead me to study personal training, then secondary course such as a Nutrition & Sports Nutrition Specialist certification, Pre & Post Chemotherapy Training and Pre & Post Natal Training. Fast forward to now, I am now the studio manager here at Buildabody Lower Hutt as well as being apart of the coaching/personal training team. On a daily basis my role includes growth of the gym and our community, retention of our members and building value within our walls to make sure you all feel/get the support you need and deserve whilst you accomplish your fitness based goals. Helping my clients build a positive relationship with training, breakthrough barriers and limitations they have put up for themselves and to realise their own potential is one of my main goals in the industry and to see everyday people get more out of life!!! Whether your goal is weight loss, body composition, strength based or purely to improve daily activities of living, there is always a pathway for you to achieve your goals, so why not take the pressure off yourself and have some professional support and guidance along your journey to becoming a better version of yourself.
