Jannaia has totalled a 150kg Bench , 240kg Squat and 300kg Deadlift at the age of 19. He is a big believer in getting his/her clients STRONG. Jannaia wants to continually upskill and develop himself to expand his knowledge and understanding of how the human body functions.
