Personal Training 

At Buildabody our coaches want to build you up, not break you down! Personal Training is more than just taking your clients through a hard workout, or the latest craze on social media... Our coaches understand personal training is in fact the science of managing your stress & fatigue levels, a process of creating seamless movement, strong limbs and a stable core to optimise your results. 

If you have a specific goal in mind,  rehabilitating an injury, or just want closer personalized attention, personal training with any one of our dedicated team of coaches is an excellent option. This will allow you to maximise your training experience with individualised coaching and programming, with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs.
All personal training clients will receive a consultation to discuss their training/injury background, a comprehensive assessment of their goals and current abilities, to best assess their needs. Our coaches have experience working with a wide range of clientele ranging from strength training, fat loss, injury rehabilitation and sports performance. No matter the goal, our coaches will build a program that is tailored to fit the client’s needs while also providing coaching and support to help attain those goals.
Semi-private training is another option for those looking for individualised coaching and programming but enjoys having training partners to help motivate and encourage each other along the way.  Small groups of 2-4 still provide the opportunity for individualized coaching at a more cost-effective price point.
